How do I track my order?


  • All orders may require an additional business day to process and ship, regardless of the shipping method or delivery address. 
  • Orders placed on Fridays may not be processed and shipped until the next business day
  • Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will ship on the next business day.

Via Email

Look for the 'Track Your Package' button in the shipping confirmation email with the subject line 'Your LoopC Order Just Shipped!'

If you can't access the 'Track your Package' button, don't worry! Scroll down and click on the tracking number. This will take you directly to the carrier tracking link. 

On Our Website

Open the support widget in the bottom right-hand corner of our homepage. Select 'Track and manage my orders' and sign in to your LoopC account using your email address or phone number. Select your order to view its status and tracking information.
