How long does delivery take?
Due to high order volume, please allow 2-3 additional business days for your order to process in addition to the following shipping times. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday may not be processed and shipped until the following business day (Monday). More detailed info can be found Here.
What is LoopC's return policy?
We support easy returns for everything on our website! Any unused (no scuffs, scratches, or signs of wear), in-box (the original product box is intact and any product accessories are still in the box) items can be returned within 30 days of the order’s delivery date for a refund or store credit. Does LoopC have a warranty?
We offer a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase for all LoopC's phone cases and phone straps. The warranty covers any defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use.
